Susan is awesome!! She makes you feel comfortable and at ease through the whole process. Is very encouraging, supportive and most of all very helpful. I live 3.5 hours away from where I bought my house and was not able to show up at a moments notice. She stepped in and took care of things that I was not able to do. She was there when they did the inspections and everything else in between. I don’t think I could have done this without her.
