Edie and her family live near Calabash on the farm that has been in her family for 200 years. They are very involved in the community, especially in their church.

As a retired car parts consultant, I moved from West Virginia to the beautiful beaches of Brunswick County with my wife, Becky, in June of 2020.  I have vacationed in the Coastal Brunswick area since I was a teenager.  Needless to say, I love this area and could not be happier with living here!  Aside from moving, I wanted to pursue a new career! With over 35 years experience in customer service and sales, I have compassion for helping others find happiness.  I have always had an interest in real estate, so I followed that calling and now am looking to help others find their new home or vacation home here in Brunswick County!

Born and raised in West Virginia, my parents always taught me “If it is worth doing, then do it right.”  And aside from family, I believe a home is one of the most important purchase decisions we make in our lives.  I am loyal and dedicated to each and every person I come in contact with and I look forward to helping you with all your real estate needs!

As a retired teacher of 33 years, I moved from West Virginia to North Carolina in June of 2020.  With my husband, Scott, by my side and my two children already living in Brunswick County, moving was an easy decision.  I have not regretted it even for a second.  Since we moved to enjoy a more laid-back lifestyle, we decided to pursue a career we could both do together.  Real estate seemed like an easy choice to meet our wishes and I love helping others find and make a home.

As a mother and a teacher, I understand that love and organization are essential in any home.  Family is everything but providing the people we love most with a safe haven is also important.  I would love nothing more than to help as many people as I possibly can, including you, throughout the complete real estate process.

Home Sweet Home—I was born in Wilmington and raised in Shallotte, North Carolina. My family comes from a long line of builders and boat designers. My father, Charles Piver, was a Navy career man and like the path he chose, I followed in his footsteps.  I graduated from West Brunswick High School and left for the United States Navy to see the world and make a difference, wherever and whenever I could. I traveled and lived around the world. I have been involved in Government for 38 years, retiring in December 2020, to return to my roots. I have Directed Navy Shore Installations around the globe and dealt with housing policy and assignment for Navy Shore Installations worldwide. Real Estate was just a natural fit for my next chapter.

I enjoy working with my husband to cover the needs of our clients in both North Carolina and South Carolina. Our motto is, “Let us take the journey with you.” We enjoy being there for our clients while making the transition to the Coast and providing the best expertise possible. We enjoy meeting new people and providing calm, during the stress of selling, buying and often just looking for an investment property. We love referrals! About

Originally from Illinois, I joined the Navy after high school to see the world, it was while in the Navy that I met my wife, Susan. When I am not helping clients, I love to travel! I have been to 49 states and 40 plus countries. Of all the places we have traveled or lived, Iceland and Thailand are tied for first!

After the Navy, Susan and I moved over 22 times both domestically and internationally, before finally returning to Susan’s hometown, where we joined The Home Shepherds. It is those moves, my management background in both retail and banking, and my previous real estate experience in Virginia that I bring to all my clients. I understand the stress and anxiety that a buying or selling a home can create, and I work tirelessly to help alleviate that stress.

I am licensed in both North and South Carolina, which enables my clients to broaden their search into the Myrtle Beach market. I love when my clients find their home, be it a vacation home or their forever home.
