My dream was to own a little house at the beach. After looking and looking and not finding what I wanted I decided to buy a lot and build a home. I had reached out to several realtors but no one really wanted to help me, even when I did almost all the research. Well on Memorial Day weekend, Sunday no doubt, I found a lot that I loved. Susan's name was on the for sale sign, so I send her a text. I really wasn't expecting a response back and I was fine with that. Well I got a response, she actually called me with in 10 minutes. She had bad news, the lot was already under contract. So I told her what I was looking for and the location I wanted the lot to be. I bet within 30 minutes she had sent me several listings to look at. I in that email I was able to find the lot that was perfect. Susan helped me every step of the way purchasing this lot and starting to build my dream. She answered all my questions, helped me with things I didn't even think about,. We had some challenges on this lot and had some negotiating to do and she handled it all for me. I was never stressed out during this purchase. She always made me feel like I was her only client ( which I wasn't). Susan is just an absolutely wonderful sales person and a wonderful person in general. I cannot say enough good things about her and the service she provided for me. If I ever sell or purchase another home, I will only use Susan Carey. Susan is awesome!! She makes you feel comfortable and at ease through the whole process. Is very encouraging, supportive and most of all very helpful. I live 3.5 hours away from where I bought my house and was not able to show up at a moments notice. She stepped in and took care of things that I was not able to do. She was there when they did the inspections and everything else in between. I don’t think I could have done this without her.
